Pastor Joe McGinnis

Pastor Joe McGinnis


Joe serves as Fellowship's Executive Pastor of Ministries and Counseling. 

Pastor Joe has a BA in Bible/Missions from Cedarville University and an MA in Marriage & Family Therapy from Liberty University.  

With over 15 years of counseling experience, He specializes in marriage and family counseling, trauma, and addictions. 


Pastor Margo Most

Margo has a bachelor’s degree in Secondary education and her graduate work has been in counseling. She is certified in Pastoral Counseling through Liberty University and has had continuing education in counseling through Free to Be Ministries.  

Margo’s counseling journey started with teens and parents when she was a youth pastor and has now expanded into counseling all ages and stages.  

Margo practices Christian counseling integrating psychology, theology, and spirituality. She focuses on short-term solution-based counseling with the goal of helping people find freedom and health.  

Margo’s counselling includes marriage, family, individuals, or teens. 


Pastor Don Morris

Pastor Don Morris


Don served as Pastor at Bethlehem Baptist Church for 29 years before the church was adopted by Fellowship. He currently serves as Fellowship’s Care Pastor.

His education includes Word of Life Bible Institute in Schroon Lake, NY. And Practical Bible College (now Davis College).  Don has received training from the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors.  He also has training in children and youth ministry.
